Terms and conditions

1. Seller

Mitto Studio is a brand of Sociedade Agrícola Pedra da Fraga, Lda, company no. 510583431, Rua João de Barros 90, 4150-414 Porto, Portugal. Contact: welcome@mittostudio.com.

2. Ordering

You can order in any of the site's languages. Before paying, you see the order summary (items, prices, shipping and total) and can correct your details.

The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. We send the confirmation by email. The terms in force on the day of the order apply.

3. Products and prices

Each item's characteristics are on its page. Colour may vary slightly between screens and between dye lots; whenever possible, skeins of the same colour come from the same lot.

Prices are in euros, VAT included, and depend on the delivery country. Shipping is shown before payment.

If an item you have paid for cannot be shipped because it is out of stock, or the price contains an obvious error, we will tell you and refund that item.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. or MEO Wallet (Altice Pay). The available methods are shown at payment. We have no access to card details.

With a Multibanco reference, the order is only prepared once paid; if the reference expires, the order is cancelled at no cost.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the countries, at the prices and within the times shown under Shipping and returns. Delivery times are estimates.

Risk passes to you on delivery.

If the order comes back to us because of a wrong address or because it was not collected, we resend it with new shipping at your cost or refund the items.

6. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU; Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014). Just email us at welcome@mittostudio.com; you can use the form under Shipping and returns.

Return the items within 14 days of telling us. The cost of returning items is the buyer's responsibility and is not refunded.

We refund you within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the items or proof that you have sent them.

7. Guarantee

Items carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity (Portuguese Decree-Law 84/2021).

The guarantee does not cover damage caused after delivery, such as washing against the label instructions. To use it, email welcome@mittostudio.com with your order number and photos.

8. Complaints and disputes

In a dispute you may use a consumer alternative dispute resolution body: CICAP, the Porto consumer arbitration centre (cicap.pt), CNIACC (cniacc.pt) or the competent body in your country of residence.

9. Governing law

Portuguese law, without prejudice to any consumer protection rules of your country of residence that are more favourable to you.
