Shipping costs and times

Home delivery: Correos Express in mainland Portugal and Spain, CTT to Madeira and the Azores, GLS in other countries.
Madeira and the Azores: 19,90 € per order, 3–7 working days, no free shipping.
Balearic Islands: 15,90 € per order, 3–6 working days, no free shipping.

We do not ship to countries outside the table.

Delivery times are estimates, in working days from dispatch.

We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days and email you the tracking code.

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return the items.

The cost of returning items is the buyer's responsibility and is not refunded.

Email welcome@mittostudio.com with your order number and the items you are returning. You can use the form below.
Send the items to Sociedade Agrícola Pedra da Fraga, Lda, Rua João de Barros 90, 4150-414 Porto, Portugal. We recommend a tracked service.
We refund you within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the items or proof that you have sent them.

If you received a defective item, the wrong colour or an incomplete order, email us with photos.
